Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by ReputationWarrior ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") through the website reputationwarrior.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

ReputationWarrior specializes in reputation management and the removal of defamatory, false, or policy-violating reviews from Google Business Profiles for law firms and legal professionals. We utilize proprietary strategies and deep knowledge of Google's Terms of Service to escalate and remove damaging content.

3. Pay-for-Performance Model

We operate on a strict pay-for-performance model. You will only be invoiced for our review removal services if and when the targeted review is successfully and permanently removed from your Google Business Profile. If we are unable to remove the review, you owe us nothing for the removal attempt.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best possible outcome, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information regarding the reviews in question.
  • Refrain from engaging third-party reputation management services simultaneously for the same reviews, as this can interfere with our escalation processes.
  • Promptly pay invoices within the agreed-upon timeframe once a successful removal has been verified.

5. No Guarantee of Specific Results

While we have an industry-leading success rate, Google is a third-party entity with its own internal policies and review boards. ReputationWarrior cannot guarantee the removal of any specific review. Our guarantee is solely that you will not be charged if a removal is unsuccessful.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, methodologies, escalation frameworks, and materials available on our website and utilized in our services are the intellectual property of ReputationWarrior. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our proprietary methods or website content without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReputationWarrior shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
